The Cuban Telecommunications Company S.A. (ETECSA) announces a new promotion for customers of our international distributors. From July 05 to July 31, 2026, customers who receive a top-up between 500 CUP and 1,250 CUP will enjoy 24-hour Unlimited Data valid for 20 days. The main balance retains its established validity period (330 days) from the date of the top-up, and the customer receives the full amount in their main balance.The 24-hour Unlimited Data is activated upon receiving the top-up and is valid for 10 days, starting from the moment the top-up is received.Customers who top up during the promotional period and have active resources from national data plans, international combos, national plans (Extra Data Plans in CUP or USD), or Todus Plans will not have their existing plan expiration dates extended when receiving a promotional top-up.Users with plans, combos, or bonuses that include SMS and/or MIN (minutes) will not have the expiration dates of those resources extended.Promotion dates: : From May 01 to May 31, 2026.Expiration date: Unlimited Data expires 20 days after activation, at 11:59 PM (Cuban time).Customers may receive multiple top-ups during the promotional period. In that case, the recharged amounts will accumulate in the main balance, and bonuses will also accumulate.Customers will not have a limit on the number of top-ups during the promotional period, as long as their main balance does not exceed the maximum allowed amount. Once all bonus resources (GB) are consumed, they are considered invalid, and deductions will be made according to the priority list and current rates. Balance inquiries can be made via 222#. Bonus inquiries available via *222*266#. The balance transfer service does not apply to data bonuses (GB).To keep the service active, the customer can perform an international top-up of at least 500 CUP. The mobile line will have 330 days of validity, plus an additional 180-day grace period before the service is disabled.After a top-up is made during the promotion, the user will receive a notification message. Please note that these notifications have a limited display time and require the mobile phone to be on and within coverage to be received.
