Terms and Conditions: Digicel 8X Christmas Promotion!

- The promotion will run on the following dates as shown below:
from November 10th, 2025 to January 11th, 2026
- Customers will be required to send top up of US$15 or more to Haiti during the promotional period in order for the Digicel customer in Haiti to receive the 8X credit.
- Promotion is only valid for top ups sent from abroad. Not valid for domestic top ups.
- The bonus minutes/credit is valid on the recipient’s mobile number for a total of 3 days from when it is applied.
- The bonus credit on the recipient’s Digicel mobile number can be used for Digicel to Digicel (on-net) calls and SMS only.
- Recipients can check the bonus credit by dialing the USSD short code *120*14# and press send on their mobile phone.
- Recipients can view the bonus data balance by dialing the USSD *120*44# and press send on their mobile phone
- Postpaid customers and Home and Entertainment customers are not eligible for the promotion.
