How does NOPIN work?
Nopin is a prepaid service that allows you to make international calls from any previously registered phone without the need to use pins. Just dial any of our access numbers and follow the instructions of the virtual operator. You can also dial direct from our Nopin App avaliable for Android & iOS devices.
What is the amount that I can recharge?

What is the Magic Number(Direct Call) and how it works?
It is a local US number that will be programmed for you with your friends, family or business partners’ number overseas.
All you need to do is dial this US local MAGIC NUMBER (provided by NOPIN) & magically speak to your friends, family or business partners abroad directly, quick & easy, without having to dial a local access number or use the app.

Will I be charged any additional costs or fees associated with using NOPIN?
Does my balance have an expiration date?
Can I configure my account to recharge automatically?
Yes, you can configure automatic refills on your account. You can even choose the amount to recharge in the account once it reaches the minimum balance you select.
Can I manage my account from my cell phone?
Yes, your account works from your phone and any other mobile device. Download our application and synchronize your contacts to make calls using Wi-Fi, Data, or dialing the Nopin access through your local network.
Does my purchases include taxes?
Nopin is required to collect sales tax for customers who reside or have their credit card billing address in the State of Florida only.
How can I suspend the automatic refills in my NOPIN account?
You can do it by accessing the web portal, manage this settings from our App or sending an email to info@nopin.us your order will be processed as soon as possible.
International or Domestic Top-ups
How does it work?
A Recharge or Top-Up is an online service that allows you to send credit to any mobile phone in the world. It is fast, secure and incredibly easy.
How can I send an International top-up to my family or friends abroad?
To send your top-up you need to create a free account. Then follow these simple steps: From the main menu, go to Top-Ups section. Enter the mobile phone number you want to recharge. Choose the USD amount, Package or Data Plan denomination you want to send and proceed to complete the purchase. Check the status of the recharge in the “Transactions” section.
What can I do if I recharge an incorrect cell number?
Unfortunately we cannot reverse recharges that were sent to an incorrect number or operator. These transactions are considered completed and we cannot recover or refund them, since a successful payment leads to the immediate availability of credit on the recharged mobile phone. Please check the phone number carefully before sending the top up!
¿Existe un límite máximo de Recargas?
No hay límite para la cantidad de órdenes que puedes realizar a través de MultiPhone. De todos modos, algunas operadoras celulares locales pueden fijar un límite máximo de recargas por semana o por mes.
¿Cuánto demora en llegar la recarga a un número celular?
El crédito de recarga usualmente es recibido inmediatamente después de una compra exitosa. De todas formas, en raras ocasiones, si la operadora celular del número prepago está experimentando demoras, entonces la Recarga puede demorar hasta 12 horas.
¿Cobran algún cargo adicional?
MultiPhone cobra una tarifa de procesamiento de $1 USD en todas las Recargas Internacionales. El monto exacto enviado en moneda local aparecerá en la página de la orden antes de completar el pago.
What happens if the status of my top-up appears as "Failed" but the payment was debited from my card?
The “failed” status may be due to the cellular operator receiving the Recharge experiencing technical failures. It may also be due to the following reasons: wrong number, wrong combination of number entered by the operator, post-paid mobile phone number instead of pre-paid, the mobile phone number has not been activated yet, etc. Please verify the information entered to ensure that all data is valid.
We well applied the full payment to your Nopin Credits an you can pay with this credited balance. If after 72 hours the status remains “failed” and you have not made any inquiries with us, our system will automatically reverse the transaction.
Número Local
¿Cómo funciona un Número Local?
MultiPhone te asigna un número en el país y la ciudad que desees (tu número local) y luego eliges un número de Estados Unidos a donde serán dirigidas tus llamadas. Tus amigos, familiares o clientes llamarán a este último número y aparecerá como una llamada local. Lo mejor de todo es que eso significa ¡TIEMPO DE LLAMADA ILIMITADO!
¿Cuánto cuesta el Número Local?
Desde $17.95 USD hasta $19.95 USD, cualquier llamada desde tu número local será redireccionada a números en Estados Unidos y Canadá. También tenemos planes de minutos fijos y cobro por llamada recibida dependiendo de donde radiques tu número local y hacia qué país se realicen las llamadas.
¿Hay algún coste extra de activación?
¿Puedo cambiar la ciudad o el país al que dirige Mi Número Local?
Si, puedes redireccionar tu número local ingresando a la configuración de tu cuenta, o llamando a nuestro Centro de Atención al Cliente. También puedes pedir este cambio enviando un email a csc@multiphone.net y procesaremos tu pedido lo antes posible.
¿Cuántos números locales puedo tener?
No hay un máximo de números locales por cuenta. Puedes ordenar tantos como quieras de nuestro inventario disponible.
¿Qué hago si necesito más minutos en el plan especial de minutos o cobro por llamada recibida?

¿Hay alguna penalización si quiero cancelar el servicio?
No, el único requisito es que envíes un pedido de cancelación con un mínimo de cinco días hábiles antes de tu próxima fecha de facturación a csc@multihpone.net
¿Qué restricciones existen?
El número asignado está sujeto a cambios MultiPhone se reserva el derecho de suspender el servicio en el caso de consumos irregulares.
