What data does NOPIN collect?
We may collect and process the following data about you:
Contact Details : name; email address; telephone number; social media ID;
Payment Details : cardholder name; credit or debit card details (however, we only retain certain parts); chargeback information; billing address; Paypal ID;
Transaction Details : transaction amount and currency;
Electronic Identifying Details : IP address; SMS content; cookies; pixels; activity logs (e.g. user session recordings); online identifiers; device identifiers (e.g. the mobile device and/or the internet browser that you use) and geolocation data;
Correspondence and Complaints : any correspondence that you choose to send to Nopin (including complaints); any information you provide to our customer care team; any information you publish about Nopin (including on the app stores);
Transaction History : details of the transactions (including date and time and relevant service provider) you carry out on, and your visits to, the Applications.
If you choose to grant the mobile applications access to contact information through your device, we may collect this information, including names, telephone numbers, email addresses and social media identifiers. We use this information to help us deliver the Services to your family and friends in the most efficient manner and for the other purposes listed below.

What kind of permissions are required on Mobile APP?
Multiphone gathers personal information from registered users including name, email, phone number and password. Multiphone also requires payment information (credit card or other payment method) for continuous use of Multiphone service.
All mobile Apps operated by Multiphone requires access to:
• Phone: App requires to make and manage phone calls to work.
• Contacts: App would like to access your contacts to let you choose a friend who you can call more easily. We do not store your contacts in any way on our servers.
• Location : App would like to use your current location to display it on the app.
• Microphone : App requires to use your microphone to transmit your voice for peer-to-peer calls. It is secure and private.
This information is essential to process transactions, manage user accounts, provide our services, communicate with users, protect users against credit card fraud, and ensure secure user access to account information at any time.
In addition, Multiphone requires transaction related information including the amount sent and the name and phone number of the recipient. We save this information with other transaction information such as transaction id and transaction date and time. This information is stored for future inquiries as well as secure and orderly management of our service.
How does NOPIN collect your personal data?
You provide us with your personal data when you register for, or use our Services. We may also collect personal data about you from third parties (e.g. in the event of chargebacks or through third party direct marketing services). We also collect information about you through your use of our Applications, your interactions with our customer care team and the transactions you carry out on our Applications. When you visit our Applications, your device and/or browser may automatically disclose certain information (such as device type, operating system, browser type, browser settings, IP address, language settings, dates and times of connection to an Application or other technical communications information), some of which may constitute personal data.
Why do we process your personal data and what is our legal basis for doing so?
We will also process personal data as is necessary to comply with any of our legal obligations. What Type of Cookies Do the Mobile Applications Use?
In addition to information explicitly provided by you, the MultiPhone mobile applications collect usage, behavioral, analytical and troubleshooting (crash reporting) information. This information includes Advertising Identifiers for both Android and iOS. These identifiers are used to identify how a user initially found the app (e.g. through which advertising campaign) and for app analysis purposes.
MultiPhone’s apps use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics Crash Reporting to capture this information.
